I think the county should pay us for these damages : The dirt 'drying under the house is causing the pilings to tip . We will have tohire someone to raise the house and put them back . There also ` is the wall to be put back . An enormous amount of our top soil has washed .down into ` the 'street . All this damage because - the county wouldn ' t put a grader through there , ' and grade ` it to let the water out instead of running across our property. Trudeau , ranch and Sam Yek . This drain empties onto the County Highway with no _ provision mt .. de for carrying the water across the highway , but spreads the same both wvys from the outlet from the storm drain thereby injuring the highway to the point where in the near future it will be necessary to reconstruct the highway . The storms of this year have flooded ' the drivewa„ on my , property to the highway making the entrance to my place impossable in wet zleathero A dip , in my 'opinion , ' a't the mouth ,of this storm drain carrying the via'ter across the highway , would be the solution of this problem .
