This Offer of Dedication may be terminated and the right to accept such offer abandoned in the same manner as is prescribed for the vacation of streets or highways by Part 3 of Division 9 or Chapter 2 of Division 2 of Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, whichever is applicable.
