Anderson, et ux, in deed recorded July 3, 1974, as File/Page No. 74-178780 of Official Records in the Office of said County Recorder, lying Westerly of a line that is parallel with and 42.00 feet Easterly of the Official Centerline of SC 1470 (Vulcan Avenue) on file with the County Engineer of said County and lying Easterly of that easement to the County of San Diego, recorded April 28, 1975 as File/Page No. 75-099427 in the Recorder's Office of said County.
