YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on or about May 08, 2013, the project known
as the "Project CF04C", construction of Fire Station located at 618 Birmingham Drive,
consisting of the site preparation and the construction of a new 6,330 square foot, single-
story building in the City of Encinitas, in which (EDGE) VERTEX Construction, Inc. was the
contractor, and Safeco Insurance Company of America and Liberty Mutual Insurance
Company as the surety, was completed.
