That portion of Lot 1, Block 1 of the Vermillion Tract according to Map thereof
No. 2195 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County described in deed
to John J. Binkinz, a married man, March 13, 1968 as Document No. 41953 of Official
Records of said County, lying westerly of a line that is concentric with and distant
67 feet easterly from the easterly line of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad
right of way,measured radially from said easterly line.

structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein described right of way where required
