FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
NATHAN A. WILLIAMS AND MAXINE M. WILLIAMS, husband and wife
as Joint tenants, do hereby GRANT to DOUGLAS B. PEARCE AND ETHEL PEARCE,
husband and wife as Joint tenants, a non-exclusive, transferrable easement
to be used for Roadway, Utility, Water, and Sewer access, all that
easement situated in the County of San Diego, State of California,
Described as follows:
That portion of lands lying within Eolus Avenue (now closed to public
use), within Lots 5 and 6 in Block 24 of North Leucadia, and within Lots 1
and 2 in Block 25 of North leucadia, all in the County of San Diego, State
of California, according to Map thereof No. 524, filed in the Office of the j
County Recorder of San Diego County April 6, 1888 and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southeasterly prolongation of the
Southwesterly line of Lots 1, 2 and 3 in said Block 25 with the center line
of Marathon Street as shown on said Map No. 524: thence Northwesterly along
said Southeasterly prolongation and along said Southwesterly line of said
Lots, a distance of 360 feet: thence Northeasterly parallel with said center
line of Marathon Street 275 feet thence Southeasterly parallel with said
Southwesterly line of said Lots 1 and 2 a distance of 100 feet to the true
point of beginning of the easement herein described: thence Southeasterly
parallel with said Southwesterly line of said Lots 1 and 2 a distance of
20 feet: thence Northeasterly parallel with said center line of Marathon J
Street to the Easterly line of said North Leueadia: thence Northerly along
said Easterly line to a line which is parallel with said center line of
Marathon Street and which bears Northeasterly from the true point of '
4 beginning.
