State of California, according to Map thereof No. 326, filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, July 8, 1885; TOGETHER WITH a portion
of the Easterly Half of "D" Street adjoining said Block 72 on the West as
vacated and closed to public use on March 4, 1915 by Order of the Board of
Supervisors of San Diego County and recorded in Book 36, page 123 of Super-
visors' Records, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of said Block 72; thence along the
Easterly line of said Block 72, North 15 006120" East, 310.05 feet to a point
herein designated as Point "A"; thence retracing along said Easterly line,
` South 15°06'20" West, 160.55 feet; thence parallel with the Southerly line o
of said Block 72, North 73 033130" West, 155.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence parallel with the Easterly line of said Block 72, North
