EASEMENT AGREEMENT
SECURITY TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, Trustee of Trust P. T.
1266 (First Party) as owner of property described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto; SECURITY TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, Trustee of Trust P.T.
1099 (Second Party) as owner of property described in Exhibit "B" attached
hereto; and BYRON F. WHITE, an unmarried man as his separate property;
PAUL A. PETERSON AND CYNTHIA D. PETERSON, husband and wife;
DANIEL A. GRANT AND VIRGINIA LEE GRANT, husband and wife; THOMAS
R. ORBAN AND DONNA L. ORBAN, husband and wife; and SOL PRICE AND
HELEN PRICE, husband and wife (Third Party), as owners of property
described in Exhibit "C" attached hereto;

Each party herein has had, since having acquired title to the subject
properties, certain easements, whether prescriptive, blanket or by neces-
sity, on and through said subject properties. Each party hereby abandons
any and all said easements over said properties except easements of record. �.
In order to locate and define the route of mutual easements herein, each
party hereto grants to the owners of the parcels described in Exhibits "A",
"B" and "C", with the right to grant to others, an easement for road and
utility purposes, and rights incidental thereto, as described in Exhibit "D" j
attached hereto; r

Each Party hereto reserves the right to grant any part or all of said
easement as shown in Exhibit "D", to any or all owners of properties within
Sections 4 and 5, Township 13 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardinq Nwetic4kan,
as per Government Township plat thereof. f�
