grantee,the right of way and incidents thereto for such public highway upon, over and across the said
lands,hereinafter described,lying and being in the County of San Diego,State of California,and partic-
ularly described as follows, to-wit:
The northwesterly 35 feet of that portion of Lot 15 in Block 43 of the Town of Leucadia
in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Amended Map thereof
No. 570 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, October 23, (i
1888; and of the easterly half of Hermes Avenue adjoining said portion of Lot 15 on the
West, and the westerly half of the alley adjoining said portion of Lot 15 on the East
as said portions are vacated and closed to public use, together with that portion
of Lot 6 of Leucadia Acres, according to Map thereof No. 1704, filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, June 5, 1918, bounded and described as a whole
as follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the center line of Hygeia Avenue and the � =
center line of Fulvia Street, as shown on the Map of South Coast Park, according to
Map No. 1776, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County; thence � ?
South 74°16130"W. along said center line of Fulvia Street a distance of 160 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S.7401613011W. along said center line a
distance of 180 feet to the point of intersection of the center line of Fulvia Street
and the northwesterly prolongation of the southwesterly line of said Lot 6, according
to said Map No. 1704; thence S.15°43130"E. along said last mentioned line and the north-
westerly prolongation, a distance of 128.12 feet; thence N.74 016130"E. a distance of
180 feet; thence N.15°43130"W. 128.12 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein de-
scribed right of way where required for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway. ----
And We , the said grantors , do-- hereby waive all claim for com-
pensation for any and all damages on account of the location, establishment and construction of said high-
way; and do—hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of California, all trees, growths (growing s
or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way,together with the right to
use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary
in the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
