NO FEE GRANT OF EASEMENT
Frank J. Riedel and Katherine V. Riedel
hereby grant(s) to LEUCADIA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, a political
subdivision situated in San Diego County, California, an ease-
ment for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and
replacement of a sewer pipeline or pipelines and appurtenances,
i and the right of ingress and egress for such purposes (together
with the right to clear and keep clear said easement from trees,
buildings and other structures) , in, over, under, and across
the hereinafter described lands.
Said easement is situated in the County of San Diego, State of
California, and is more particularly described as follows:
that portion of the Northerly
10 feet of the South Half of Myrtle Street, now vacated
and closed to public use in North Leucadia, in the County
of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof
No. 524, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, April 6, 1888, which lies between the Northerly
prolongation of the Easterly line of Block 28 of North
Leucadia and the center line of Flora Avenue, now vacated
as shown on said Map No. 524.
EXCEP=TING from the above described property the Northeasterly
40 feet thereof as conveyed to the State of California,
for a right of way for State Highway by deed dated May
13, 1933 and recorded in Book 224, page 5 of Official
4! Records of San Diego County.

Grantor(s) and their successors in interest shall -not erect
or construct, or permit to be erected or constructed, any
building or other structure, plant any tree or trees, or drill
f any well or wells, within the limits of said easement. Grantor(s)
and their successors in interest shall not increase or de-
crease, or permit to be increased or decreased; the existing
ground elevations of said easement without the previous written
consent of the Grantee. Grantor(s) agrees that no other ease-
1 ment shall be granted, in, over, under or across the above
described property and easement by the Grantor(s) or their
successors in interest without the previous written consent of
the Grantee.
