AGREEMENT TO CONVEY EASEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of
' 1963, by and between CHARLES W. FROEHLICH, JR. ,
and MILLICENT D. FROEHLICH, husband and wife; DANIEL A. GRANT
and VIRGINIA BAKER GRANT, husbangland wife; EMILE ORBAN, a widow;
CALVIN L. FOSS and LUCILLE FOSS, husband and wife, NORMAN BERK
and LUCY J. BERK, husband and wife; BYRON F. WHITE and MURIEL S.
WHITE, husband and wife; and PAUL A. PETERSON and CYNTHIA DAVIS
PETERSON, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as First Parties
and NATHAN E. CARL and MARGARET E. CARL, husband and wife, here-
inafter referred to as Second Parties. '
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, all parties hereto entered into an agreement to convey
easement dated July 18, 1963, concerning the following described real estate
in the County of San Diego, State of California, and described as:

United States Government Survey approved November 19,
