said lands, I do hereby signify my approval of and consent to the location, establishment

and dedicate to the State of California, grantee, the right of way and incidents thereto

as follows, to wit: That portion of Tracts No. 24 and 25 of Leucadia bores, as shown on

San Diego County.
Said State highway right of way hereby granted, conveyed and dedicated is Wre
particularly described as follows, to wit:
The northeasterly 40 feet of that said portion of Tracts 24 and 25 of Leuoadia
Acres, said 40 feet being measured southwesterly, at right angles, from the northeasterly 0
line of said portion of Tracts 24 and 25. ON
For the considerations named above we hereby grant to the State of California
.the privilege and right to extend and maintain drainage structures and excavation and z
,embankment slopes beyond the limits of the above described 40-foot strip of right of way, 0
where required for the construction and maintenance of said State Highway; said embank- ,Z
