dig any well, within the limits of said easement and right of way.
Grantor shall not increase or decrease the ground surface elevations 1'17
within the boundaries of said easement and right of way existing at the date s
of execution of this instrument, without the previous written consent of Grantee. O
Grantee shall have the right, but not the duty, to trim or remove trees ei
and brush along or adjacent to said easement and 'right of way and remove roots from 0
within said easement and right of way whenever Grantee deems it necessary. Said C
right shall not relieve Grantor of the duty as owner to trim or remove trees and
brushes to prevent danger or hazard to property or persons. !
The terms, covenants and conditions of this easement and right of way f
shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of any heirs, executors, administra-
tors, permittees, licensees, agents or assigns of Grantor and the successors and
assigns of Grantee.
