CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chairman Bond called the meeting to order at 6:02 P.M.
Present: Chairman James Bond, Board Members Teresa Arballo Barth, Lupita Chavez,
Kristin Gaspar, Maggie Houlihan (via teleconference), Lu Mohler, and Jerome
Stocks.
Absent: None.
Also Present: Executive Director Vina, Board Attorney Sabine, Housing Administrator
Barefield, Planning and Building Director Murphy, Board Secretary Cervone, and
Deputy Board Secretary Bingham.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR
ACTION:
Stocks moved, Barth seconded to close and adopt the Consent Calendar. Motion carried.
Ayes: Barth, Bond, Chavez, Gaspar, Houlihan (via teleconference), Mohler, Stocks. Nays:
None.
H1. Approve Minutes of the 12/15/10 Special Meeting. Contact Person: City Clerk
Cervone.
STAFF RECOMMENDTION: Approve Minutes of the 12/15/10 Special
Meeting.
H2. Authorization for the Executive Director to amend the Professional Services
Contract with Hunter Properties in an amount not to exceed $60,000 for two years
of management and maintenance of sixteen Housing Authority owned condominium
unites at Pacific Pines. Contact Person: Housing Administrator Barefield.

the Professional Services contract with Hunter Properties in an amount not
to exceed $60,000 for up to two years of management and maintenance of
sixteen Housing Authority-owned condominium units at Pacific Pines.

Program and of sixteen owned condominium residences at Pacific Pines. Contact

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the report.
