whereof is hereby acknowledged,and the benefits to accrue by reason of the location and
establishment by the County of San Diego,State of California,of a public highway upon,over and across

to the location, establishment and construction of such highway thereon and i do-,
by these presents hereby grant, convey and dedicate to the County of San Diego, State of California,
grantee,the right of way and incidents thereto for such public highway upon, over and across the said
lands,hereinafter described,lying and being in the County of San Diego,State of California,and partic-
ularly described as follows, to-wit:
The northerly 10 feet of that portion of the NW'k of the NE's of Section 4, T.13 S.,
R.4 W., S.B.B &M., described in deed to August J. Krupka, recorded in Book 7044,
page 155 of official Records: in the Office of the County Recorder of said County,
lying easterly of the following described line: _
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said k-'k; thence,along the southerly line of
said 4-'k W.86°30'39"W., 181.27 feet; thence leaving said southerly line. N.30 020'56"W.
85.68,feet; thence N.3 043`27"W., 203.04 feet; thence N.17 005'01"W., 250.45 feet; thence
N.68-08'11"E., 195.00 feet to the southerly line of Orpheus Avenue as shown on Map of
Crest Acres No. 2019, filed in the Office of said County Recorder.

For the consideration.named herein we hereby grant to the County of San.Diego the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein de-
scribed right of way where required for a construction and'maintenance of said County Highway,
f a the said grantor do—hereby waive all claim for com-
pensation for �nya all d ages on account of the location, establishment and construction of said high-
way. and do_"hereby grant to the County of San Diego,State of California, all trees,growths (growing
or_that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way,together with the right to
use the same in.such manner and at such locations as said-grantee may deem proper,needful or necessary
in the construction,reconstruction:and maintenance of said highway.
