whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to accrue to me ,by reason of the location and
establishment by the County of San Diego,State of California,of a public highway upon,over and acro`aa i
said lands, I do— hereby signify my approval of and consent
to the location, establishment and construction of such highway thereon and I do_—,
by these presents hereby grant, convey and dedicate to the County of San Diego, State of California, l
grantee,the right of way and incidents thereto for such public highway upon, over and across the said
4 lands,hereinafter described,lying and being in the County of San Diego,State of California,and partic-
ularly described as follows, to-wit:
That portion of hot 2 (NW4 of the NE4) in Section 4, T.13 S., R.4 W., S.B.B.&M., being
also a portion of ,:acre Lots 35 and 36 of Eatonville, according to Map thereof No. 513
filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego described in Deed to
Doris R. Govoni recorded April 16, 1968 as Document No. 62960 of Official Records in
the Office of the Recorder of said County lying easterly of a line that is parallel with
and distant 30 feet westerly at right angles from the center line of Road Survey No. 479
a copy of which is on file in the Office of the Engineer of said County, said center
line being described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the south line of said Lot 2 from which the southwest corner
thereof bears N.87°091W. and distant 251.3 feet; thence N.60141W. 538.09 feet.

For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein de-
scribed right of way where required for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.
And I -, the said grantor, do hereby waive all claim for com-
pensation for any and all damages on account of the location, establishment and construction of said high-
way; and do.—hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of California, all trees, growths (growing
or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way,together with the right to
use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper,needful or necessary
in the construction,reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
