to the location, establishment and construction of such highway thereon and we do—,by these presents hereby grant, convey and dedicate to the County of San Diego, State of California,
grantee,the right of way and incidents thereto for such public highway upon,over and acrogs'the said
lands,hereinafter described,lying and being in the County of San Diego,State of California,and partic-
ularly described as follows, to-wit:
- The easterly 10 feet of that portion of Lot 32 of Crest Acres according to Map thereof 1
No. 2019 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County of San Diego, de-
scribed in deed to Lester C. Conrad and Cleo E. Conrad, husband and wife, recorded in '
Book 6606, page 360 of Official Records in said Office of the County Recorder. (•

For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein de-
scribed right of way where required for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.
And LTe the said grantors , do—hereby waive all claim for com-
pensation for any and all damages on account of the location, establishment and construction of said high-
way; and do—hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of California, all trees, growths (growing
or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way,together with the right to
use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary
in the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
