whereof is hereby acknowledged,and the benefits to accrue to us ,by reason of the location and
establishment by the County of San Diego,State of California,of a public highway upon,over and across
said lands, We —do hereby signify our approval of and consent
to the location, establishment and construction of such highway thereon and we dog,
by these presents hereby grant, convey and dedicate to the County of San Diego, State of California,
grantee,the right of way and incidents thereto for such public highway upon, over and across the said
lands,hereinafter described,lying and being in the County of San Diego,State of California,and partic-
ularly described as follows, to-wit:
Those portions of Lots 4 and 5, Block 26 of North Leucadia, according to Map thereof
No. 524 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, in the S'k of the

NW'k of Section 4, T.13 S., R.4 W., S.B.B.& M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point of intersection of the south line of the NW'k of Section 4 with
the center line of Hermes Ave., as shown on Map No. 1776 of South Coast Park filed in
said Office of the County Recorder; thence N.89°22'30"W. along said south line, being
also the north line of said South Coast Park, 26.055 feet to the northeast corner of
Block 3 of said South Coast Park; thence along the northerly prolongation of the west
line of said Hermes Ave., N.15'43'30"W., 65 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
to the left having a radius of 25 feet; thence northwesterly along said curve through
a central angle of 44°241.05" a distance of 19.37 feet to the beginning of a reverse
curve to the right having a radius of 45 feet; thence northwesterly, northerly, eas-
terly and southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 268°48'10" a
distance of 211.12 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve to the left having a radius
of 25 feet; thence southerly along said curve through a central angle of 44'-211:05" a
distance of 19.37 feet to,its point of tangency with the northerly prolongation of the
east line of said Hermes Ave.; thence 5.15'43'30"E. along said prolongation 79.67 feet
to the northwest corner of Block 6 of said South Coast Park; thence N.89'22'30"W. along
said north line of South Coast Park 26.055 feet to the point of beginning.

For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein de-
scribed right of way where required for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.
And we , the said grantors—, do— hereby waive all claim for com-
pensation for any and all damages on account of the location, establishment and construction of said high-
way; and do—hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of California, all trees, growths (growing
or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way,together with the right to
use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee nay deem proper,needful or necessary
in the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
