Chair Harp called the meeting to order 2:02 p.m.
Present: Chair Harp, Vice-Chair Vance, Commissioners King, Ortley, and Simon
Absent: Commissioner Drielsma and Saxena
Also Present: Parks and Recreation Director Rudloff, Recreation Superintendent
Gorham, Senior Center Manager Goodsell, Management Analyst Roff
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

COMMISSIONER SIMON SECONDED THE MOTION AND THE MOTION CARRIED
5-0 (COMMISISONERS DRIELSMA AND SAXENA ABSENT).
APPROVAL OF THE JANUARY 15, 2013 REGULAR MEETING MINUTES.
ACTION
VICE-CHAIR VANCE MOTIONED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY
15, 2013 MEETING MINUTES, COMMISSIONER KING SECONDED THE MOTION
AND THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0 (COMMISSIONERS DRIELSMA AND SAXENA
ABSENT).

GPAC Representative (Commissioner Vance)
Vice-Chair Vance reported the GPAC will present the results of the General Plan
Update Housing Element study to Council on February 20, 2013.
Commissioners Corner
Commissioners provided updates on senior citizen topics.
