and those portions of Lots 9, 16 and 17 of Section 35, T.12 S., R.4 W., S.B.B.&M.,
lying within a strip of land 60 feet wide, 30 feet on each side of the following
described center line:

Commencing at an angle point in the northeasterly boundary of land described in deed .
to the State of California, .recorded April 6, 1965 as Document No. 60313 of Official
Records in the Office of- the County Recorder in said County, said angle point being
marked by a 1211 pipe tagged "DIV. HWYS.IT being at coordinates Y=335,887.14 feet and
X=1,680,010.03 feet; thence along bearings and distances based on the California Co-
ordinate System Grid Zone VI as follows: S.28040106t1E. along said northeasterly

or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way,together with the right to
use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary
