Commencing at an angle point in the northeasterly boundary of land described in deed
to the State of California, recorded April 6, 1965 as Document No. 60313 of Official
Records in the Office of the County Recorder in said County, said angle point being
marked by a 1211 pipe tagged *'DIV. HIM." being at coordinates Y=335,887.14 feet and
X=1,680,010.03 feet; thence along bearings and distances based on the California Co- �,
ordinate System Grid Zone VI as follows: S.28°40106"E. along said northeasterly E,
boundary line and the prolongation thereof, 90.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, •

on the center line of Road Survey No. 682, a plat of which is on file in said Office

easterly terminus of the common boundary line between Lots 7 and 16 of Section 35, '.

As a further consideration, the Grantee agrees to place fill material level with the
shoulder of the proposed road on that portion of the Grantors' property lying within
a strip of land 150 feet south of the center line of the proposed road and between
Engineer's Station 45 and Engineer's Station 51 of Road Survey 1796. Grantors grant
to the County of San Diego, its agents and contractors, the privilege and right to •
enter, with all necessary equipment, upon said property for the purpose of completing
said work. •
It is agreed that this easement will be recorded only after legal abandonment of
that part of Road Survey No. 516 within the bounds of this property, excepting
those portions included in this easement. •

For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment elopes beyond the limits of the herein de-
scribed right of way where required for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.
And_ We _-__, the said grantor_2-., do--._._. hereby waive all claim for cotn-
pensation for any and all damages on account of the location, establishment and construction of said high-
way;and do— hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of California, all trees, growths (growing
or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way,together with the right to
use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary
In the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
