Know All Men by These Presents, C. William Dealy, 'Jr., and Ruth H. Dealy, husband
and wife, Grantors o the County of San Diego, State of.California, Owners of the
hereinafter described land, for a.valuable consideration and the benefits to accrue
to us by reason of the improvement of the adjacent County Highway, known is La Costa
1 Avenue, .do hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of California, the
privilege and right to extend a drainage structure 6 feet north beyond the limits
of La Costa Avenue at Engineer's Station 76+70 of Road .Survey 1796 and an easement
and right to extend embankment slopes at a ratio of A horizontal to 1 vertical
and/or excavation slopes at a ratio of 1 horizontal to l vertical beyond the limits
of said La Costa Avenue (60 feet wide) over and across the WZ of Lot 7, Section 34,
T.12 S., R.4 W., S.B.B.&M.
RESERVING, unto the Grantors herein, their heirs and assigns, the right at any time
to remove such slopes or portions thereof upon removing the •necessity for maintain-
ing such slopes or portions thereof, or upon providing in place thereof other ade-
quate lateral support, the design and construction of whicfi shall be first approved
by the County Engineer Department of the County-of San Diego for the protection and
support of said highway.
