LUCAS, whereby the Court adjudged and decreed the 20 amount of just compensation and damages to be paid by plaintiff for 21 the condemnation and taking by plaintiff of Parcels 65492-A and B. ' 22 It further appearing to the Court that plaintiff has made all k _ 23 payments that are required by law or orders or judgments or decrees 24 of this Court, and that this is not a case where any bond need be 25 given; and ' � h b 26 All and singular the law and the premises being by the Court 27 understood and fully considered; NOW THEREFORE, 28 IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: 29 1. That there is hereby taken and condemned by plaintiff COUNTY; 30 OF SAN DIEGO, the fee simple title in and to the real property herein ' 31• after described and designated Parcel 65492-A, and that there •is 32 hereby taken and condemned- by plaintiff an easement and right- of way � i " 33 upon, over and across Parcel 65492-B for drainage purposes. That said parcels of real property are condemned for the � f 2 purposes set forth in plaintiff's complaint, for the realignment, 4 3 widening and improvement of a County highway, and for the purposes 4 for which said easement and right of way may be used as described 5 above; and that said uses are public uses and uses authorized by law. 6 3. That a certified copy of this Final Order of Condemnation 7 be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the. County of San Diego, 8 State of California, and thereupon there shall vest in plaintiff the 9 hereinabove described easement and fee in and to the real property w ` 10 hereinafter described and designated Parcels 65492-A and B. 11 4. The plaintiff COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO took possession of the B 12 hereinafter described parcels of real property on January 5, 1967 13 pursuant to an Order for Possession dated December 15, 1966. 14 5.
