establishment by the County of San Diego,State of California,of a public highway upon,over and across

to the location, establishment and construction of such highway thereon and by these presents hereby grant, convey and dedicate to the County of San Diego, State of California,
grantee,the right of way and incidents thereto for such public highway upon, over and across the said
lands, hereinafter described,lying and being in the County of San Diego,State of California,and partic-
ularly described as follows, to-wit:
The northerly 26 feet of hots 3 and 4 of Avocado Acres No. 3 according to Map thereof
No. 2063 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
EXCEPTING therefrom those portions of said lots lying northerly of the following described
line:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 2 of said Avocado Acres No. 3; thence along the
{ southerly line of said Lot N.89°25118"W. 12.86 feet; thence N.21 045151"W., 291.24 feet; !'
thence N.72e08110"W. 71.64 feet; thence N.85007114"W. 242.48 feet; thence N.66°26106 11W.

For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures•and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein de-
scribed right of way where required for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.
And It the said grantor.:._, do es hereby waive all claim for com-
pensation for any and all damages on account of the location, establishment and construction of said high-
way; and does hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of California, all trees, growths (growing -
or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way,together with the right to
use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary
in'the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
