CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chair Harp called the meeting to order 2:00 p.m.
Present: Chair Harp, Vice-Chair Vance, Commissioners King, Ortley, Saxena,
and Simon
Absent: Commissioner Drielsma
Also Present: Recreation Superintendent Gorham, Senior Center Manager Goodsell,
Acting Management Analyst Roff
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

CHANGES TO THE AGENDA
On the Operations Report, under City Council Meeting – January 9, 2013 Updates Item
5 should be Item 6 and Item 6 should be Item 7.
ACTION
COMMISSIONER SIMON MOTIONED TO ADOPT THE JANUARY 15, 2013 AGENDA
WITH CHANGES, COMMISSIONER KING SECONDED THE MOTION AND THE
MOTION CARRIED 6-0 (COMMISISONER DRIELSMA ABSENT).
APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 16, 2012 REGULAR MEETING MINUTES.
ACTION
COMMISSIONER VANCE MOTIONED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE
OCTOBER 16, 2012 MEETING MINUTES, COMMISSIONER SIMON SECONDED
THE MOTION AND THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0 (COMMISSIONERS DRIELSMA
ABSENT).
