Fred M. Reva and Doris Y. Reva, husband and wife, hereinafter designated
Grantors, represent that they are the owners of the hereafter described real
property and for valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged,
hereby make an irrevocable offer of dedication of the hereinafter described
real property for the following public purpose:

Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County being a portion of the
South half of Section 33, T.12 S., R.4 W., S.B.B.&M., described in deed
to Fred M. Reva and Doris Y. Reva, husband and wife, recorded July 16
1969 as Document No. 127913 of Official Records in said Office of they
County Recorder lying within a strip of land 40 feet wide, 20 feet on
each side of the following described center line: tt
BEGINNING AT A POINT on the South line of land described in Deed to Harry I
W. Heisler and Doris Heisler, husband and wife, recorded July 16, 1969
as Document No. 127893 of said Official Records, distant thereon
N.89 058145"E. 107.74 feet from the southwest corner thereof; said point
being the point of beginning of a curve the center of which bears
X.74 011'15"E. 200 feet from said point; thence northerly along said f
curve through a central angle of 19°43152" a distance of 68.87 feet to }
the beginning of a reverse curve to the Left having a radius of 200
feet; thence northerly along said curve through a central angle of
19 038'42+' a distance of 68.57 feet to a point of tangency with the ! �
easterly line of said land described in deed to Heisler; thence
N.15°43135"W, along said easterly line 300 feet, more or less, to the
northeast corner of said Heisler land.
This offer of dedication is made pursuant to Section 7050 of the Government
Code of the State of California and may be accepted at any time by the city
council of the city within which such real property is located at the time of
acceptance or, if located in the unincorporated territory, by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of San Diego.
This offer of dedication may be terminated and the right to accept such
offer abandoned in the same manner as is prescribed for the vacation of streets
or highways by Part 3 of Division 9 or Chapter 2 of Division 2 of Streets and
y Highways Code of the State of California, whichever is applicable. Such termina-
tion and abandonment may be made by the city council of the city within which such
real prpperty is located, or if located in the unincorporated territory, by the
Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego. ,

Grantors, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
