Harry W. Heisler and Doris Heisler, husband and wife, hereinafter designated
i Grantors, represent that they are the owners of the hereafter described real
property and for valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, hereby
make an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of the hereinafter described real proper
for the following public purpose: ty
PUBLIC HIGHWAY
The real property referred to above is situate in the unincorporated area
Of the County of San Diego, State of California, and is more articular
as follows: particularly described
That portion of Eatonville according to Map thereof No. 513 filed in the
Office of thhc:County Recorder of San Diego County being a prtion South half of Section 33, T.12 S., R.4 W,, S.B.B.&M,, described inodeede
to Hardy W. Heisler and Doris Heisler, husband and wife, recorded July
rj 16, 1969 as Document No. 127893 of Official Records in said Office of the
County Recorder lying within a strip of land 40 feet wide, 20 feet on each
side of the following described center line:
BEGINNING at a point on the South line of land described in said deed to
Heisler distant thereon N.89 058'45"E. 107.74 feet from the southwest
I corner thereof; said point being the point of beginning of a curve the
center of which bears N.74°11'15"E. 200 feet from said the

northerly along said curve through a central angle of 1943 52" a nce
of 68.87 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve to the Left having a
radius of 200 feet; thence northerly along said curve through a central
angle of 19 038142" a distance of 68.57 feet to a point of tangency with
the easterly line of said land described in deed to Heisler; thence
N.15 043135 11W. along said easterly line 300 feet, more or less, to the
northeast corner of said Heisler land.
The easterly line of said strip of land shall be prolonged southerly I!
so as to intersect the South line of said Heisler land. 1`

This Offer of Dedication is made pursuant to Section 7050 of the Government
Code of the State of California and may be accepted at any time by the city council
of the city within which such real property is located at the time of acceptance
or, if located in the unincorporated territory, by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of San Diego.
This Offer of Dedication may be terminated and the right to accept such offer
abandoned in the same manner as is prescribed for the vacation of streets or
highways by Part 3 of Division 9 or Chapter 2 of Division 2 of Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California, whichever is applicable.
