lands,hereinafter described,lying and being in the County of San Diego,State of California,and partic-
ularly described as follows, to-wit:
The most southeasterly 28 feet of that portion of Eatonville according to Map thereof
No. 513 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County being a portion of
the South half of the SW4 of Section 33, T.12 S., R.4 W., S.B.B.&M., described in
Deed to John M. Asher, et al recorded December 30, 1965 as Document No. 234815 of
Official Records in said Office of the County Recorder.

r For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein de-
scribed right of way where required for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.
And----_____ We the said grantor-s_, do_—_ hereby waive all claim for com-
pensation for any and all damages on account of the location, establishment and construction of said high- E
way; and do— hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of California, all trees, growths (growing
!! or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way,together with the right to f
use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary
in the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
