described property; the West line of which said parcel is distant Westerly 65 feet

That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, T.12 S., `
R.4 W., S.B.B.&M., in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to
U. S. Government Survey approved October 25, 1875, described as follows: :
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Easterly boundary line of the
right of way of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad Company, formerly the
California Southern Railroad Company, according to the profile of its road approved i
by the Department of Interior May 12, 1881, under the Act of Congress of March 3,
1875, with the Northerly line of the above mentioned Quarter Quarter Section;
thence N.89°55110"E., a distance of 863.55 feet along the Northerly line of said
Quarter Quarter Section to the point of intersection of said line with the Northerly
line of the County Road known as County Road Survey No. 346; thence Southwesterly
along the Northerly line of said County Road and along a curve concave to the South ''
and having a radius at said point of intersection extending S.19o24140"E., for a
length of 525 feet and through an angle of 17°391501' for a length of 161.87 feet;
thence S.54°28130"W. and tangent to the last mentioned curve and along the northerly
line of said County Road, 608.70 feet; thence following the northerly line of said
County Road on a curve concave to the southeast tangent to the last mentioned bearing,
having a radius of 225 feet through an angle of 31°15120" for a length of 122.74
feet to the easterly line of the above mentioned right of way; thence N.15°43130"W.
along the easterly line of the above mentioned right of way 540.30 feet to the place

7 Beginning at the point of intersection of the North line of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33, with the North line of
Road Survey No. 346, County of San Diego, which point of beginning is also the
most easterly corner of that parcel of land conveyed by Ed Fletcher and wife,
1 to J. D. Conner and Julia B. Conner, husband and wife, by deed dated November
18, 1930 and recorded in Book 1842, page 398 of Deeds, records of San Diego
County; thence westerly along the North line of said Road Survey No. 346 along
the arc of a curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 525 feet and
whose center bears S.17°52155"E. from said point through a central angle of
17°39150" a distance of 161.87 feet; thence continuing along the North line of
said Road Survey No. 346, S.54027115"W. (record S.54°28;30„W.) a distance of
352.8 feet; thence N.1°331W. a distance of 88.4 feet; thence N.0°081E. a
distance of 189.2 feet, more or less, to intersection with said North line of
the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33; thence along
the said North line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
33, N.89°51145"E., a distance of 433.5 feet more or less, to the point of begin-
ning.
ALSO EXCEPTING thereform that portion thereof described as follows:

West line of land so conveyed by Conner N.1°33100"W. a distance of 88.40 feet to
a point; thence N.0°08100"E. a distance of 185.56 feet (record 189.2 feet more or
less) to a point on the northerly line of said Quarter Quarter Section; being the
northwest corner of land so conveyed by Conner; thence S.89055110"W. along the
inortherly line of said Quarter Quarter Section a distance of 105.48 feet to a point;
thence S.1 331E. a distance of 343.98 feet to a point on the northerly line of
said County Road; thence N.54 028130"E. along the northerly line of said County
Road a distance of 120.59 feet more or less to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
