operate drainage channels and structures appurtenant thereto, upon, through,
over, under and across said portion of Section 2 so described in said Deed
to Ecke lying within a strip of land 28 ft. wide, 14 ft. on each side of
the following described center line:
Commencing at the south quarter corner of said Section 2; thence easterly
along the south line of said section a distance of 127.23 ft. to the true
point of beginning; thence north 0°36103"E. 885 ft. to the beginning of a
tangent curve to the Right having a radius of 100 ft.; thence northeasterly
and easterly along said curve through a central angle of 86°46' a distance of
151.44 ft.; thence tangent to said curve N.87 022103"E. 78.56 ft. to the

to the County of San Diego, State of California, all trees, growths (growing
or that may hereafter grow) and excavated materials within said right-of- i
way, together with the right to use the same in such manner and at such
locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary in the
construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said drainage channels and
