of San Diego, State of California,grantee,the right of way and incidents thereto for such public highway upon, over and
across the said lands, hereinafter described, lying and being in the County of San Diego,State of California,and particular-
ly described as follows, to-wit:
That portion of Lot 8 of Section 2, Township 13 South, Range 4 West, S.B.B.&M. described
as follows:
Commencing at Engineer's Station 81+15.97 said point being the beginning of a curve in
the center line described in Parcel 67080A of Deed to County of San Diego and referred
to in Parcel 67080-C-1 of easement to County of San Diego recorded March 19, 1970 as
Document No. 49122 of Official Records on file in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County; thence South 1°33113” West along said line 90.97 feet; thence leaving said
center line South 88°21'47” East 63 feet to the Southeast corner of said Parcel 67080-C-1;
thence South 1°38113" West 60 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence retracing along
the two last mentioned courses as follows: North 1038'13" East 60 feet and North 88 021'47"
West 18 feet to the Easterly line of a strip of land 90 feet wide described in said
Parcel 67080-A; thence South 1038'13" West along said Easterly line 135 feet; thence
leaving said Easterly line Northeasterly to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right to extend drainage
structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein described right of way where required
for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.
And.................the said grantor.........do........hereby waive all claim for compensation for any and all damages on account of
the location,establishment and construction of said highway;and do............hereby grant to the County of San Diego,State of
California,all trees, growths(growing or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way, to-
gether with the right to use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or
necessary in the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
