SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the owner of that certain property hereinafter described, situated in
the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, State of California, desires to
dedicate to the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, State of California, the
permanent easement and right-of-way to locate, relocate, construct, reconstruct,
maintain, operate, and repair a water main and a fire hydrant, together with any
and all fittings, through, over, under, along, and across the following-described

Al that portion of Lot F. Plumosa Terrace, according to Map there-
of No. 1826, filed March 3, 1925 in the Office of the Recorder of San

Diego County, described as follows:
j Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot F; thence North-
easterly, along the arc of a 99.00-foot radius curve, concave South-
easterly, in the Northwesterly line of said Lot F, a distance of 6.36
feet; thence tangent to said curve, North 58°34100" East, 2.67 feet
along said Northwesterly lot lines thence Southerly in a direct line a
distance of 5.00 feet to an intersection with a point on the Southerly

SAND, FIVE HUNDRED and NO/100 DOLLARS ($12,500.00), with interest, dated Febru-
ary 17, 1958 and recorded March 5, 1958 in Book 6980 at page 192 of Official Rec-
ords of the San Diego County Recorder, covering the property hereinabove de-
scribed:
AND WHEREAS, The First National Trust and Savings Bank of San Diego affirms that
It is the owner and holder of the hereinabove-described trust deed note, and it
has not assigned its interest in same, it hereby directs and authorizes said
Trustee to join with it in the execution of this instrument.
j NOVI THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the above-
described land by acceptance of said easement by said City of San Diego, the un-
dersigned expressly subordinate all right, title, and interest in and to that
j portion of said premises herein described, covered by said deed of trust, to the

easement shall be prior and superior to the lien of the deed of trust hereinabove
