CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
(� IN COMPLIANCE: (Section 66499.35 of the Government Code)
The Planning and Building Director of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcel of real
property described below has been divided or has resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with the provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. The parcel
described herein may be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision
Map Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant to the Act. Development of the parcel may
require issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
Chapter 30.16 (Residential Zones) specifies a minimum lot size of 5,400 sq. ft. and minimum lot
dimensions of 90 feet in depth and 60 feet in width for the subject Residential 8 (R-8) zone. This
Certificate of Compliance applies to one parcel in compliance with the required standards
pertaining to minimum lot area, width and depth. Development may be proposed in compliance
with all applicable standards of the subject R-8 zone.
Owner: Jay M. Refold and Debra L. Refold, Trustees of the Refold Family Trust
dated February 28, 2002.
