IRREVOCABLE OFFER TO DEDICATE REAL PROPERTY
IDR PUBLIC HIGHWAY PURPOSES R.S. 1985

SAN DIEGUITO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, hereinafter designated Grantor, represent
that it is the owner of the hereinafter described real property and for valuable
consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, hereby makes an Irrevocable Offer
of Dedication of the hereinafter described real property for public highway.

The real property referred to above is situate in the unincorporated area
of the County of San Diego, State of California, and is more particularly described
as follows:
Parcel 69045-A
That portion of Lot 3 in Block "J" of South Coast Park Annex according to Map
thereof No. 1788 filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego
pp� described as follows:
E: BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 3; thence S.68°04140"W. along the
southeasterly line of said Lot A distance of 245.18 feet; thence N.11°04100 11W. 40.00
feet; thence N.68°04140"E. 30.00 feet; thence N.11°04100 11W. 10.00 feet, more or less,
to a line that is parallel with and distant 50.00 feet northwesterly at right angles
from said southeasterly line of said Lot 3; thence N.68004140"E. along said parallel
line 225.00 feet, more or less, to a point in the easterly line of said lot; thence
S.05°0315511E. along said easterly line 50.00 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.

That portion of said Lot 3 in Block "J" of South Coast Park Annex described in Deed to
San Dieguito Irrigation District recorded October 6, 1961 as Document No. 174119 of
Official Records in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego lying north-
westerly of the northwesterly line of the hereinbefore described Parcel 69045-A and
lying southerly of the arc of a 49.00-foot radius curve concave southerly the center
of said curve being 5.68°04140 11W. 196.18 feet and N.11°04'00"W. 40.00 feet from the
southeasterly corner of said Lot 3.

i That portion of said Lot 3 lying northerly of the northwesterly line of the herein-
before described Parcel 69045-A and lying easterly of the easterly line of the herein-
before described Parcel 69045-B and lying southerly of a 20-foot radius curve concave
northerly that is tangent both to said northwesterly line of Parcel 69045-A and to l
said easterly line of Parcel 69045-B.
This Offer of Dedication is made pursuant to Section 7050 of the Government
Code of the State of California and may be accepted at any time by the city council
of the city within which such real property is located at the time of acceptance or,
if located in the unincorporated territory, by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of San Diego. i

I This Offer of Dedication may be terminated and the right to accept such offer --
I abandoned in the same manner as is prescribed for the vacation of streets or highways
by Part 3 of Division 9 or Chapter 2 of Division 2 of Streets and Highways Code of i
the State of California, whichever is applicable. Such termination and abandonment
may be made by the city council of the city within which such real property is located,
or if located in the unincorporated territory, by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of San Diego.
This Offer of Dedication shall be irrevocable and shall be binding on the
Grantor, its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
