whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the benefits to accrue to_ me ,by reason of the location and
establishment by the County of San Diego,State of California,of a public highway upon,over and across

to the location, establishment and construction of such highway thereon and I do—,
by these presents hereby grant, convey and dedicate to the County of San Diego, State of California,
'l grantee,the right of way and incidents thereto for such public highway upon, over and across the said

ularly described as follows, to-wit:

Those portions of Lots 4 and 5 in Block J of South Coast Park Annex, according to
Map thereof No. 1788 filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego,
lying within a strip of land 56 feet wide, 28 feet on each side of the center line
of Olympus Street (formerly Cadmus Street) as said center line is shown on said-map
of South Coast Park Annex.
Parcel 65044-A �
That portion of said Lot 5 in Block J of said South Coast Park Annex lying,within
a strip of land 56 feet wide, 28 feet on each side of the center line of Caudor
Avenue (formerly Diana Avenue) as said center line is shown on said,map of South c
Coast Park Annex.
Parcel 65044-B
That portion of said Lot 5 lying easterly of the east line of the hereinbefore de-
scribed Parcel 6504 and lying northerly of the north line of the hereinbefore de
scribed Parcel 65044-A and lying southwesterly of a 25-foot radius curve concavei
northeasterly that is tangent both to said east line of Parcel 65043 and to said
north line of Parcel 65044-A.

} For the consideration named herein we hereby grant to the County of San Diego the privilege and right
to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of the herein de- r
scribed right of way where required for the construction and maintenance of said County Highway.
And I , the said grantor-_.._., do hereby waive all claim for com-
pensation for any and all damages on account of the location, establishment and construction of said high-
way; and do—hereby grant to the County of San Diego, State of California, all trees, growths (growing �
or that may hereafter grow) and roadbuilding materials within said right of way,together with the right to
use the same in such manner and at such locations as said grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary
.,in the construction, reconstruction and maintenance of said highway.
