according to flap thereof no. 2019, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, May 3, 1927-
PARCEL TWO:
An easement for utility purposes over, under, along and across the Easterly
10 feet of that portion of lot 35 which lies Northerly of the Westerly
extension of the Southerly line of the hereinabove mentioned lot 34.
Said easement is hereby declared to be appurtenant to and will forever
run with the land hereinabove described as Parcel One. a
RESERVING FROM said Parcel One an easement over the Southerly 40 feet •
of said Parcel One for ingress and egress for road purposes, and for i
utility purposes,over, under, along and across said 40 foot strip of land.
Said easement is to be made appurtenant to and will forever run with
