NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Assessor's Parcel Nos_258-420-53 through 65 Agreement No_ A-0080
1_ Barratt American, Inc_ entered into a "Lien Covenant Regarding Real Property:
Improvements Required as Condition on Final Approval of Subdivision of Real Property" as
Document No_ 2007-0192014 recorded May 21, 2007_ The Covenant detailed the requirement for
the construction of a public water system and appurtenances within the property located at Quail
Pointe Lane, Encinitas California_ A foreclosure sale was conducted by Guaranty Bank on May 1,
2009. As a result, ownership o£the property was conveyed to Far West Industries by Trustee's
Deed Upon Sale, which deeded by its terms transferred to Far West Industries all right, title and
interest in the property_
2_ Said Covenant, including the plans and specifications for said improvements, is on file with
the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Directors_
3_ The plans and specifications for said improvements are on file at the District office_
4_ Said improvements were completed by the owners and accepted by the San IDieguito Water
District Board of Directors on the 27° day of October, 2010.
5_ Far West Industries, posted security in the amount of$74,800_ Seven-five percent (75%) of
the security has been released_ The District will retain twenty-five percent (25 1Z.) of the security in
the amount of$1 8,700. "1-'}pis Security will be released at the end of the one-year warranty period_
G All requirements of said Covenant have hereby been satisfied except for warranty.
7_ Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Board of Directors nor this Notice
constitute a waiver of any defects in the work of the construction or installation of said
improvements_

subdivision of the City of Encinitas, County of San Diego, State of California,
which is the owner in fee of the public work for Improvements :
"Construction by Far West Industries for Property Located at Quail Pointe
Lane,Encinitas. (APN: 258-420-53 through 65)"
described within the Notice of Completion executed by said San Dieguito Water District, do
hereby certify that I have read the same and know the contents thereof and that the facts
therein stated are true to the best of my own knowledge. I declare under penalty of perjury
under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct. I make this
verification for and on behalf of the San Dieguito Water District.
