Louis Denk , et al for vacation
of streets in Olivenhain
This being the time set for hearing the petition of
Louis Denk , praying for the vacation of portions of the following
described Streets in the Colony of Olivenhain according to map of
the same numbered 326 on file in the office of the Recorder of said
County : Second Street lying east of C Street , D Street lying between
Blocks . 4 and b, Sixth Street lying between B and C Streets , Seventh
Street lying between C and D Streets , Fifth Street lying east of G
Street ,
�n Proof is made that due and legal notice has been given
of said hearing, and no protest or objection being made to the
vacation of said highway, on motion of Supervisor Westfall, seconded
by Surpervisor Swallow, said petition is granted and said highways
f are hereby declared vaoated, abandoned and discontinued, according to
the prayer of said petition .
