This being the time set for hearing the petition of
Lena Lickert Suydam praying for the vacation of portions of streets
in the Fifth Road District described as follows :
F Street from the ' north line of 9th Street to the south
line of 12th Ste excepting the intersection of 10th and 11th Streets ;
G Street from the north line of 11th Street to the south
line of 12th Street ;
H Street , from the north line of 10th Street to the south
line of 12th Street , excepting the intersection of 11th Street , all
`. according to Map of the Colony of Olivenhain filed in the office of
the County recorder for said County and numbered 326 .
° j Proof is made that due and legal notice has been given
of said hearing , and no protest or objection being ma de to the vacation
of said highways , on motion of Supervisors Hurley and Good , said petition
is granted and said highways are hereby declared vacated , abandoned and
discontinued , according to the prayer of said petition .
