SUBJECT : Road Vacation
On October 23 , 1969 , a request was received from Robert E . Anderson for the
vacation of 12th Street west of "C " Street in the Colony of Olivenhain as
shorn on the attached map .
The Planning Commission considered this matter at its regular meeting of
November 21 , 1969 and
RECOMNlSNDED : Denial .
Discussion : The reason for the Commission ' s action is that the abutting
property ormer to the south has protested the vacation on the basis that the
street will be needed when the area is developed in accordance with the
existing E -1-A zone .
