This being the time set for hearing the petition of South
Coast Land Company for vacation of streets and avenues in the Fifth Road
District , described as follows :
Fulvia Street from the Easterly lin6 of * Vuloan Avenue
North Seventy four degrees , Seventeen minutes ( 74 deg . i7 '. ) ' East a distance
of Three Hundred ( 300 ) feet and Fulvia Street from a point North Seventy-
four degrees , Seventeen minutes ( 74 deg . 171 ) Last a distance of Six
Hundred Forty ( 640 ) feet from the Easterly line of Vulcan Avenue to its
Northeasterly terminus . All of Hygeia Avenue ; Hermes Avenue from the
Northerly line of Fulvia Street to its Northerly terminueo all of Orpheus
Avenue ; all of Hymethus Avenue and Europa Street from the Easterly line of
Vulcan Avenue to a point North Seventy- four de frees , Seventeen minutes
East ( 74 deg 17 ' ) a distance of Three Hundred ( 300 ) feet and from a point
North Seventy- four degrees Seventeen minutes ( 74 deg 171 ) East a distance
of Six Hundred Forty ( 640 ; feet from the Easterly line of Vulcan Avenue
to its Easterly terminus as shown on Map of Leuoadia Acres on file in the
office of the Recorder of San Diego County and numbered 1704 .
Proof is made that due and legal notice has been given of
said hearing , and no protest or objection being made to the vacation of
said highway , qn motion of Supervisor Hurley , seconded by Supervisor Good ,
said petition is granted and said streets and avenues are hereby declared
vacated , abandoned and discontinued , according to the prayer of said
petition ,

NOTICE OF HEARING OF PETITION TO VACATE bTREETS
IN TIM 5TH ROAD DISTRICT
Public notice is hereby given , that on Wednesday ,
the 28th day of November , 1923 , at 10 : 30 o ' clock A . Psie of
said day , at the office of the Board of Supervisors of the
County of San Diego , State of California , in the Court H Ouse
in the City of San Diego , in the said County and State , the
petition of South Coast land Company , et al . , will be heard ,
beings. petition asking this Board to declare certain streets
vacated , closed and abandoned as follows :
Fulvia Street from the Easterly line, of Vulcan Avenue North Seventy-
four degrees Seventeen minutes ( 740 - 171 ) East a distance of Three
Hundred ( 300 feet and Fulvia Street from a point North Seventy- four
degrees , Seventeen minutes ( 74° 17 ' ) East a distance of Six Hundred
Forty ( 640 ) feet from the Easterly line of Vulcan Avenue to its
Northeasterly terminus . All of Hygeia Avenue , Hermes Avenue from
the Northerly line of Fulvia Street to its Northerly terminus ;
all of Orpheus Avenue ; all of Hymethus Avenue and Europa Street
from the Easterly line of Vulcan Avenue to a point North seventy- four
degrees , Seventeen minutes East ( 74 ° 171 ) a distance of Three Hundred
( 300 ) feet and froiA a point North Seventy- four degrees Seventeen
minutes ( 74° 171 ) East a distance ' of Six Hundred Forty 1640 ) feet
from the Easterly line of Vulcan . Avenue to its Easterly terminus
as shown on Map of leucadia Avres on file in the office of the
Recorder of San Diego County and numbered 1704 . The relative loca-
tion of streets and avenues hereby petitioned for vacation and the
location of streets to be dedicated in lieu thereof more clearly
shown on Map attached hereto and marked "Exhibit A . "

place and show cause , if any you have , why the said portion of
said roads should not be closed , abandoned and discontinued
