on December 13 , 1955 , declaring its intention to vacate and abandon the following des"

WIEREAS, the matter came on for hearing before the Board of Supervisors of San
Diego County , California , this 10th day of January , 1968 , at 11115 aume , and it appears
from the affidavits of publication and posting on file in said proosedings that due
and proper notice of the time and place fixed for the hearing on said resolution of
intention to vacate and abandon said Alley on Hap No . 2385 of Passiflora Acres near
Encinitas , has been given as required by laws and

posed vacation have been filed , and no oral protests or objections have been mades and

lots and there are no utilities being served through this alley .
