It apailearing to the Board of Supervisors that the road
known as Old Survey Yo . 62 , has been superseded by a Subdivision
street shown on the Subdivision I;:ap of Hillside Peres as Saxony
Road , and for that reason is no longer of use as a public highway ,
j therefore ,
On motion of Supervisor IIurley , seconded by Supervisor
Good , it is ordered that all that portion of Old. Survey 62 , lying
within the boundaries of Hillside 1Ilcres Subdivision , Nap Fo . 1992 ,
Records of San Diego County , be , and the same is hereby vacated ,
abandoned and discontinued .

Gehtlemen :
On January 25th , a map of subdivision known as
Hillside Acres was filed with the County Recorder .
There exists an old County Road which crosses the
easterly end of this subdivision . This road is known
as Old Survey 62 and is now superseded by a subdivision
street shown on the subdivision map as Saxony Road .
It is the wish of the title company that any portion of
Old Survey 62 which I affects this subdivision be closed .
The following therefore , is a description of that portion
to be vacated :
" To vacate and abandon all that portion of Old Survey 62
lying within the boundaries of Hillside Acres , Iviap No . 1992 ,
Records of San Diego County . "
