CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chair Harp called the meeting to order 2:00 p.m.
Present: Chair Harp, Vice-Chair Vance, Commissioners Drielsma, King (arriving
at 2:14 pm), Ortley, Saxena, and Simom (arriving at 2:11 pm)
Absent: None
Also Present: Parks and Recreation Director Rudloff, Senior Center Manager
Goodsell, Administrative Support Coordinator Roff
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

19, 2012 SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES.
ACTION
VICE-CHAIR VANCE MOTIONED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE MAY 15,
2012 AND JUNE 19, 2012 MEETINGS, COMMISSIONER DRIELSMA SECONDED
THE MOTION AND THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0 (COMMISSIONERS KING & SIMON
ABSENT).

North County Transit District – Melba Novoa
Ms. Novoa presented the Commission with an update on NCTD’s Encinitas-Solana Beach
Flex 374 program.

CARRIED 7-0.
