RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE
OFFER OF DEDICATION
On motion of Supervisor Boarman seconded by
Supervisor Eckert the following resolution is
adopted:
WHEREAS, prior to the time of recording Parcel Map 9497 on file in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, one of the conditions of approval of
this Parcel Map was an irrevocable offer of dedication of a portion of Block 38, Map
148, Townsite of Encinitas, and
WHEREAS, Section 7050 of the Government Code of the State of California provides
that offers of dedication may be accepted at any time by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of San Diego, and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer has recommended that the Board of Supervisors accept
said offer; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of San Diego hereby accepts the irrevocable offer of dedication of the
following described property for use as a public street and hereby accepts on behalf
of the public for use as a public street the said following described property:
Irrevocable offer to dedicate real property for roadway purposes granted to the ;
County of San Diego per Doc. No. 79-520358, recorded December 12, 1979, and;;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that said property, being an unnamed street,
be and is hereby named as follows: Fourth Street, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors record a
certified copy of this resolution in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego 0
County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Diego,
State of California, this 9th day of November 1983, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Hamilton, Fordem, Boarman, Williams and Eckert ,
NOES: Supervisors None
ABSENT: Supervisors None 0
