On motion of Supervisor Bates , seconded by Supervisor 0
For dem the following resolution is adopted: v'
WHEREAS, Subdivision (b) of Section 8324 of the Streets and Highways Code,
provides that the Board of Supervisors may adopt a resolution vacating any v
county street highway or public service easement; and (/
WHEREAS, this Board has, pursuant to Section 8320 of the Streets and Cn
Highways Code, declared by resolution its intention to vacate the hereinafter
described county street highway or public service easement on January 27, 1982
(Board Order No. 19 ); and z
WHEREAS, after investigation the County Planning Commission has approved
and recommended the proposed vacation (Document No. 632346 ); NOW THEREFORE °1

BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the vacation of the hereinafter described
portion of an open space easement is consistent with the General Plan of the
County of San Diego; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors finds pursuant to the
letter from the Environmental Analysis Division dated October 12, 1981 that the !
Negative Declaration approved on August 14, 1980 for TPM16827 remains complete C
and in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, adequately Z
covers this project and no further analysis is necessary; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors that the portion of an
open space easement to be vacated is unnecessary for present or prospective
public use as a public service easement; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors that, pursuant to the m _
procedures prescribed by Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 8320), Part 3,
Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code, the following described portion of
an open space easement is hereby vacated:
Parcel No. 81-1198-A
That portion of that Open Space Easement in Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map r
No. 11502, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Diego, State of California, and described in deed to the County of San
Diego, recorded June 10, 1981, as File/Page No. 81-180997 in the Office
of said County Recorder, lying Northeasterly of the following described
line:

Commencing at the most Southerly corner of said Parcel 2; thence along the r
Southeasterly line of said Parcel 2, North 49°24'27" East, 7.48 feet;
thence leaving said Southeasterly line and along the Northeasterly line of
said Open Space Easement, North 32'36'35" West, 53.40 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said Northeasterly line, North
33°25122" West, 137.04 feet to the Southerly terminus of that line that
bears North 19°05130" West, 32.00 feet on the Northeasterly boundary line i
of said Open Space Easement, said Point being the POINT OF TERMINUS.
