ON b'R TION of Supervisor Cozens, seconded by Supervisor Bird, the
following resolution is adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of San Diego, State of California:

MOMS, on January 21, 1964, the Board adopted a resolution
declaring its intention to vacate and abandon the following described
county highway in the County of San Diego, State of California:
All that portion of the alley in Block 1 of Cardiff
as shown on Map thereof No. 1298 filed in the Office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County, lying
southeasterly of the southwesterly prolongation of
the southeasterly line of Lot 11 in said Block 1 of
Cardiff;

and
WHEREAS, the matter came on for hearing before the Board of Supervisors
of San Diego County, California, this 25th day of February, 1964, at
13x00 a.m.; and evidence is on file that due and proper notice of said
hearing has been given as required by law; and
SAS, it appears further that no written protests or objections to
said proposed vacation have been filed, and no oral protests or objections
have been made; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, in its report filed in the office of
the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors on January 8, 1964 (Document
€ No. 340906), recommended that said highway be vacated and abandoned
provided owners of record of abutting Lots 12 through 17 agree in writing,
satisfactory to County Counsel, to their loss of legal access to said Lots;
and
WHEREAS, there have been submitted for the Board's acceptance the
required Statement waiving damages from loss of access; NOW THEREFORE
The Board of Supervisors hereby finds that due and proper notice of
the hearing on the resolution of intention to vaoate said highway has been
given as required by law, and that said highway hereinafter described is
unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
II' IS THEREFORE RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the hearing be and it is
hereby closed, and that that certain bounty highway hereinafter described
I be and it is hereby vacated and abandoned:
{ All that portion of the alley in Block 1 of Cardiff
as shown on Map thereof No. 1298 filed in the Office
4 of the County Recorder of San Diego County, lying
southeasterly of the southwesterly prolongation of
{ the southeasterly line of Lot 11 in said Block 1 of
Cardiff.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
San Diego, State of California, this 25th day of February, 1964, by the 1
following votes
AUSs Supervisors Gibson, Bird, Dent, Austin and Cozens
