MEISTER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, NO FEE
hereby grant(s) to LEUCADIA COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, a political subdivision
situated in San Diego County, California, an easement for the construction,
operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of a sewer pipeline or pipe-
lines; manholes, laterals and appurtenances, and the right of ingress and ^M.
egress for such purposes (together with the right to clear and keep clear ` I
said easement from trees, buildings and other structures), in, over, under .0

Said easement is situated in the County of San Diego, State of California ;
and is more particularly described as follows:

according to Map thereof No. 10489, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder in the County of San Diego, State of California,
being a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the centerline of
which is described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Via Terrassa
with the centerline of Via Solaro, as shown on said Map No.
1.0489; thence North 00°49'35" East along the centerline of said
Via Solaro a distance of 80.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent
400.00 foot radius curve concave Westerly thence Northerly along
the arc of said curve through a central angle of 08°30'00" a
distance of 59.34 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence
leaving said centerline along a line tangent to said centerline
North 07°40'25" West 95.66 feet and South 82°19'35" West a C! .

Grantor(s) and its successors in interest shall not erect or construct
or permit to be erected or constructed, any building or other structure, plant t
any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said
easement. Grantor(s) and its successors in interest shall not increase
or decrease, or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground ele-
vations of said easement without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
Grantor(s) agrees that no other easement shall be granted, in, over, under or
above described property and easement by the Grantor(s) or its
successors in interest without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
