filed in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Diego, State of California, described as follows: '
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 176 of said Map No.
10489, thence North 26°02'11" West along the East. line of said
{` Lot 176 a distance of 162.54 feet to the South line of an existng
15.00 foot sewer easement granted to the Leucadia County Water

feet to a point in the Easterly line of said Via Morella, Lot
179, and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North n

a non-tangent 62.00 foot radius curve concave Northwesterly, a �...
radial line to said point bears South 33°49'17" East; thence
Northeasterly along the arc of said .curve through a central angle
of 19°51'03" a distance of 21.48 feet; thence leaving said curve
along a non-tangent line South 89°10'31" East a distance of 55.26
feet to the above mentioned East line of Lot 179, Via Morella, as
shown on said Map No. 10489, being a point in the arc of a non-
tangent 30.00 foot radius curve concave Northwesterly, a radial rn
line to said point bears South 81 °30'03" East; thence
Southwesterly along the arc of said curve, and said East line of
Lot 179, through a central angle of 31°38'13" a distance of 16.56 ,

easement. Grantor(s) and its successors in interest shall not increase

vations of said easement without the previous written consent of the Grantee. 0
Grantor(s) agrees that no other easement shall be granted, in, over, under or
above described property and easement by the Grantor(s) or its
successors in interest without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
