STREET, HIGHWAY OR PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT

On motion of Supervisor Fordem seconded by Supervisor
Williams , the following resolution is adopted: jtly
WHEREAS, Subdivision (b) of Section 8324 of the Streets and Highways Code,
provides that the Board of Supervisors may adopt a resolution vacating any I�
County Street, Highway or Public Service Easement; and ^M
WHEREAS, this Board has, pursuant to Section 8320 of the Streets and
Highways Code, declared by resolution its intention to vacate the hereinafter 0
described County Street, Highway or Public Service Easement on February 8, 1984
(Board Order No. 10 ); and

WHEREAS, after investigation the County Planning and Environmental Review
Board has approved and recommended the proposed vacation (Document No.659483 );
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the vacation of the hereinafter described
County Street, Highway or Public Service Easement is consistent with the Z
General Plan of the County of San Diego; and 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors finds the m
Negative Declaration dated October 20, 1983 is complete and in compliance with
the California Environmental Quality Act, that the requested vacation will not 0
have a significant effect on the environment and approves the Negative Q
Declaration; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors that said hereinafter
0
described Street, Highway or Public Service Easement is unnecessary for present
or prospective public use as a County Street, Highway or Public Service
Easement; and Z
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors that, pursuant to the
procedures prescribed by Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 8320), Part 3,
Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code, the following described County
Street, Highway or Public Service Easement is hereby vacated: C
Parcel No. 83-0381: m
All that easement for Open Space granted on County of San Diego Tract No.
3474-4, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map
thereof No. 10489, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County on
September 29, 1982.
